So here are the results of my first projects in painting and drawing. The drawing is part of a series on the underworld. This encapsulates visions of Boschian Hell, but the stronger underlying theme is the underworld of the Weimar republic. All of this is distilled into my own creation of course. This first piece is called Manikin.

My painting is the first in a series that will explore glitch art. I did not plan on this much pixellation, but I like where it went. I would not do it again, and more than anything I think this was an experiment, both stylistically and color-wise. I recommend for both of these works that you open each image in a new tab to scroll through them, which much better illustrates the progression from one step to the next.
